Going On Voluntary Self-Exclusion

For some people at some point in their lives and for a variety of reasons it may be wise to “take a break” from casino gaming. If you or a loved one is interested in doing so, Voluntary Self Exclusion is available at Seneca Casinos. A person who requests a Voluntary Self Exclusion may not enter the premises of any Seneca Gaming Corporation property and will not be eligible to receive any promotional offers or comps while their Voluntary Exclusion is active. Persons who wish to seek further information or request a Voluntary Self Exclusion while on-premises at any Seneca Gaming Corporation property may do so by inquiring with Security personnel who will direct them to an Inspector of the Seneca Gaming Authority. If a person who has been voluntarily excluded enters the premises while under exclusion, he/she is subject to arrest for trespassing and any winnings will be forfeited. Voluntary Self Exclusion, once entered into, remains in effect until a written request for reinstatement has been submitted and approved as described below. Due to a certain amount of lag time in our direct mail program, a person who has entered into Voluntary Self Exclusion may continue to receive mailed offers from us for a short period of time. These should be disregarded and will not be honored.
